What is boneej schemes.

Boneej Scheme Is A Scheme Of The Government Of Assam To Improve Small Scale Industries In Rural Areas Of Assam And To Provide Employment To The Citizens Of Assam.  This Scheme Was Announced By The Finnace Minister Of India On 26th July 2016 In The Budget Session.  This Scheme Is Available In All District Excluding Those Within The Jurisdiction Karbi- Anglong Autonomous District Council, NC Hills Autonomous District Council And Bodoland Territorial Autonomous Districts Would Be Covered.
The Basic Objective Of The Scheme Is To Provide Special Grant Or Financial Assistance For Rural Industrial Enterprises In Traditional And Micro Sector In Assam,And The Scheme  Provide Rs. 25000.00 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) As A Grant To The Industries Located In Rural Areas Only Where The Annual Turnover Is Less Than Rs.5 Lakh.. The Amount Of Grant Shall Be Utilized By The Units For Procurement Of Machinery/Raw Materials, As The Case May Be.

Eligibility.

• The Industry Should Be Located In Rural Areas Of Assam.
• The Industry Must Have Been In Operation For About Two Years.
• The Unit Have Its Own Work Sheed For Production And Process
• Applicants Should Be Not Less Than 18 Years Of Age And Not More Than 50 Years Of Age.
• The Industry Annual Turnover Is Less Than 5lakh Rupees.
• The Educational Qualifications Of The Applicant Are Not Specified.
• The Unit Should Have Avail Term Loan/Working Capital Loan To The Extend To Minimum Of One Lakh .

Documents Required.

• One Pass Port Size Photograph.
• Copy Of Industry Registration.
• Caste Certificate, As Applicable.
• Identity Roof
• Address Proof.
• Training Certificate, If Available.
• Copy Of The First Page Of The Bank Pass Book.

Selection Procedure :

1.Application Shall Be Submitted To The Concerned General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) As Per Application Form:A.
2.List Of Document/S Shall Be As Per Check List Annexed With The Application Form.
3.There Is No Fee For Submission Of Application Form.
4.On Receipt Of The Application, The DICC Will Examine The Application, If Necessary They Will Make A Physical Verification Of The Application.
5.On Completion Of The Necessary Scrutiny / Verification, As The Case May Be, The Proposal Shall Be Placed Before The District Level Committee (DLC) Constituted Under The Scheme For Approval.
6.On Receipt Of The Approval From The DLC, The Statement Containing The Name, Quantum Of Assistance, Bank Name, Account Name, Etc Shall Be Forwarded To The Commissionerate Of Industries & Commerce For Allotment Of Fund To The Concerned DICC And Subsequent Release Of Fund.
7.On Receipt Of The Fund By The DICC Or Transfer Of Fund Directly To The Beneficiaries Through Bank, DICC Will Submit The Utilization Certificate Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Fund.

1.The Committee Shall Meet As And When Necessary.
2.The Committee Shall Examine The Application/S And Also Approve The List Of Beneficiaries For Providing Grant Under The Scheme.
3.The Members/S Of The Committee May Also Suggest Any Difficulties Faced Whiling Selecting The Beneficiaries And Free To Submit Their Suggestion For Remedial Measures.
4.The Member Secretary Shall Circulate The List Of Final Selection Of Beneficiaries To The Hon’ble Member Of Legislative Assembly Of The District For Information.
