• Applicant Must Be An Indian Citizen.
• Parents Or Forefather Of The Applicant Have Permanent Residence In The State Of Assam For Minimum 50 Years.
• Applicant Must Be Residing In The State Of Assam For Minimum 20 Years.
• If Any Applicant Fulfils All The Above Eligibility, He Can Also Apply For His/ Her Child.

Required documents.

• Birth certificate of applicant.
• Address proof of applicant or parents (Aadhar card/voter ID/Driving licence/electricity bill/LPG Bill/ration card/Bank passbook)
• Documents related to father and forefathers having continuously resided in Assam for a minimum period of 50 years./ Documents related to guardian having continuously resided in Assam for a minimum period of 20 years.
• Land Khajna up-to-date receipt. [Mandatory]
• Certified copy of voter list to check the linkage.
• Copy of Hslc certificate/admit card.
• Recent passport size photo. [Mandatory]

• Service charge (through PFC/CSC) – Rs. 30
• Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) – Rs. 10 Per Page
• Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC)- Rs. 5 Per Page
• Convenience fee – Rs. 10

Procedure of online application.

• To Apply PRC Online You Need To Go To Www.Sewasetu.Assam.Gov.In In Browser, Go There And Click On PRC Apply Section,
• Then The PRC Application Form Will Open And You Will Have To Fill The Required Details And Upload The Requried Documents.
• After Uploading All The Details And Documents, The Prescribed Application Fee Will Be Paid.  You Can Pay This Fee Online Through Upi, Credit Card, Debit Cads Etc.
• You will receive the PRC certificate within 10 days of applying.
